Westhaven Overpass
A view of Auckland City from Shelly Beach Road overpass. Westhaven Marina on the left is the largest marina in the Southern Hemisphere, State Highway 1 (SH1) on the bottom right is the main highway that runs North-South from the very top of the North Island to the bottom of the South Island.
This image is a two-row panorama composed of 32 images in total. One thing I had to change with regards to camera settings is increasing my ISO from 100 to 200 so I could keep the exposure at about 1 second. At this time of the day I had to keep the exposure short so that I don't get too much variation in light conditions as I shot each of the 32 images needed to make this image. For the Geeks out there, the image is 198 Mega Pixels at 300dpi, shot with a 70-200mm lens at 86mm, f/11, ISO 200, 1.3sec. Stitching was done with AutoPano Giga and edited in Adobe Photoshop CC and Adobe Lightroom CC. Shot with a Canon EOS 7D Mark II and Sigma 70-200mm lens.
